8th European Felt Days Festival in Felletin France.

The 8th Biannual ‘Journées Européennes du Feutre‘, also known as The European Felt Days Felting Festival, will occur in Felletin, France, from the 25th to 27th of April, 2025. The festival will feature various activities, including a fashion show, a craft fair, an exhibition, and workshops.

Event: Wool Festival in Felletin, France

The Journées Nationales de la Laine, or The National Wool Days, are three days of immersion in the land of wool to discover the multifaceted secrets of this material. There are 140 exhibitors at the show, which offers a complete vision of the wool industry: breeders, shearers, spinners, mattress makers, weavers, felters, dyers, trainers, etc.

When: the 27th, 28th, and 29th of October.

Additionally, there are guided tours of the Pinton Tapestry Workshop and Terrade Spinning Factory.

As part of the festival, the LAINAMAC Training Center offers classes in several textile techniques, including feltmaking. https://formation.lainamac.fr/ateliers-decouverte/
