Open Call: Individual Mobility Grants for Creatives

Culture Moves Europe offers grants to artists and cultural professionals who wish to develop a mobility project between their country of residence and another Creative Europe country. No specific level of experience is required.

Requirements: One artistic or cultural project to be carried out in another Creative Europe country, with the support of an international partner. This project must align with at least two of the following objectives: learning, creating, exploring, or connecting. 

The call is open from the 1st of October 2025 to the 30th of April 2026.

It is a rolling call, which means that projects will be selected and grants distributed on a monthly basis. There are monies for daily expenses, travel allowances, and more.

There will be two online information sessions in October about the Culture Moves Europe opportunity.

  • Friday, the 10th of October at 10 AM Irish Time
  • Friday, the 17th of October at 10 AM Irish Time.

Opportunity: Fingal Artists’ Support Scheme 2024

Fingal County Council 2024 Artists’ Support Scheme is open for applications. This funding allows professional artists to avail of up to €5,000 of an award towards travel and professional development opportunities, a residency, or towards the development of work.

The award is open to practising artists at all stages of their professional careers in music, visual art, drama, literature, film and dance. Applicants must have been born, have studied, or currently reside in the Fingal administrative area to be eligible to apply.

The funding is for projects or initiatives which will take place between 1st May and 31st December 2024.

Deadline: The closing date for receipt of applications is Friday, 1st March 2024, at 4:00pm.

Of Interest: Arts and Creative Ireland Funding Information – Louth

The Arts Office of Louth County Council will hold three information sessions on the grant funding available in 2024.

Spaces in each session are limited, so please email your interest to arts@louthcoco.ie and let them know which session you would like to attend.

  • Tuesday 5th December 2023 – Dundalk Library, Roden Place – 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM.
  • Wednesday 6th December 2023 – Drogheda Library, Stockwell Lane – 6:30 – 7:30 PM.
  • Thursday 7th December 2023 – Ardee Library, Main St, Ardee – 6:30 – 7:30 PM.

After the sessions are completed, an online version will be available.
