Friday 14th August – Visit to V’Soske Joyce Carpet Factory Oughterard.
Tony Dixon, owner manager had kindly agreed to show us round at 2pm. The factory is in the Old Railway Station, about quarter of a mile out of Oughterard on the road to Costello. Those who wish to go all together can meet me at the Boat Inn in the centre of Oughterard at 1.30 pm

# Basics of greenwood furniture making by Alison Ospina.
# Making of greenwood stand for felt banner – Alison will give advice and help with this.
