New Season of Exciting Feltmaking

We’re back with another season of fantastic sessions on Feltmaking. All are welcome and we encourage new and experience crafters to come. Keep an eye out for more details coming next month.
Meetings take place one Sunday each month at the Feltmakers Ireland Studio in Phoenix Park.
These times are meant to challenge and teach us to be better Feltmakers. It’s also a time to show what you’ve created and share how you did your techniques. Bring your gear and try out new things each month. Have a great time!
We ask that everyone would bring along a basic feltmaking kit with them (towel, soap, bubble wrap, small bamboo mat and any fibre they want to use). Every month there is a different topic and whenever space and time allows we would hope that everyone who attends will get a chance to make a sample pieces.

Kitty Gallagher uses florists wire to add interest to felt flowers with great results – it looked so simple when she showed us how to twist the wire and add beads – but it does take a bit of skill.
